How credits work

1 credit equals 60 seconds of active listening. We count only the speech sent for transcription, rounded up to the next whole second for each clip. Silence skipped by voice detection is free. Translation, spoken output and summaries are included in the credit price.

Free credits

When your account is approved you receive a one-time grant of free credits. Free credits are not renewed.

Credit packs

Credit packs are priced in Indian rupees and shown on the Buy credits screen. Payments use Razorpay. Credits are added after payment confirmation. Indian cards, UPI and netbanking are currently supported; international cards are coming soon.

Refunds, expiry and transfers

Credits are non-expiring. Within 7 days of purchase, the unused part of a credit pack is refundable minus a 5% processing fee. Credits already used are not refundable. To request a refund, email support@connectingmee.com from your account email.

Credits are tied to your account and are not transferable. If a transcription fails, no credits are charged.
