Use ConnectingMee responsibly

ConnectingMee helps invited users understand speech through translations and captions. By using it, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Local laws and other people’s privacy

You must follow the laws where you use the app, including rules about recording, consent and processing personal information. Respect other people’s privacy and obtain permission when needed before using the microphone around them. Never use ConnectingMee for unlawful recording, surveillance, stalking or other illegal activity.

Accuracy and availability

AI may misunderstand speech, languages, names and context. Check important information independently. Do not rely on translations for emergency, medical, legal or safety-critical decisions. We do not guarantee continuous availability or error-free output.

Accounts and credits

Access is private and approved by the owner. Keep your sign-in secure and do not share access or bypass limits. Listening uses credits: 1 credit equals 60 seconds of actual speech sent for transcription, rounded up to the next whole second per clip; silence is not counted. Translation, spoken output and summaries are included. Approved accounts receive a one-time free credit grant. Credits are not transferable. Pro accounts are unlimited. See Pricing & Refunds for details. Credit purchases are not yet available.

Credits are non-expiring. Within 7 days of purchase, the unused part of a credit pack is refundable minus a 5% processing fee. Credits already used are not refundable. To request a refund, email support@connectingmee.com from your account email.

Saved text and deletion

Your history is kept on your device. You are responsible for any text you copy or share. You can clear history or permanently delete your account in Settings. Account deletion cannot be undone.
